Without these raw materials, the body simply can’t convert toxins into forms that can be eliminated safely.

What Real Detox Looks Like


Real detox happens deep inside your cells and organs, and it follows a precise three-phase process.

In Phase I (Transformation), your liver uses enzymes—mainly from the cytochrome P450 family—to convert toxins into intermediate forms.

These are often even more reactive and dangerous than the original compounds, which is why the next phase is so critical.

In Phase II (Conjugation), your body attaches other molecules—like sulfur or glutathione—to those reactive intermediates, making them water-soluble and safe for removal.

Finally, in Phase III (Elimination), these now-neutralized toxins are transported out of your cells and excreted through bile (into the stool) or urine. So you pee or poop them out. 

If you want to actually get rid of toxins, you have to support all three phases: not just mobilizing toxins, but also giving your body the nutrients and tools it needs to neutralize and actually eliminate them—safely and without side effects.
